JibonSeba is a discovery and booking platform that connects patients with doctors, clinics and hospitals. We are not a healthcare provider ourselves, and we don't practice medicine, provide medical advice, or guarantee the accuracy of a doctor's or facility's listed information, availability, or fees. Always confirm details directly with the provider.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or booking an appointment, and to keep it up to date.

A booking made through the platform is a request for an appointment slot with the chosen doctor, clinic, or hospital. The provider may confirm, reschedule, or cancel it, and we're not liable for a provider's decision to do so, for wait times, or for the quality of care provided.

Any consultation fees, cancellation policies, or refunds are set by the individual provider unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

If you list a practice on the platform, you confirm that the professional and business details you provide are accurate and that you hold any licenses or registrations required to offer the services you list. We may verify, suspend, or remove a listing that appears inaccurate, unverifiable, or in violation of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, attempting to book appointments you don't intend to keep, scraping or copying listing data, or interfering with the platform's normal operation.

JibonSeba is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or an ambulance directly rather than booking through the platform.

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, JibonSeba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues arising from a booking, a provider's conduct, or listing inaccuracies.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
